Mo is an excellent trainer who can help you get toned if that’s what you’re after but also understands injuries and can help with exercise to recover from them. You can either have sessions at your local gym, or he has a fully equipped gym of his own. I’m now fitter and stronger than I was in my twenties and my tennis elbow is fully recovered.
